We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent:

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will incur a 50% charge of the total booking amount.
• No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the booking amount.

Refunds

• Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
• Refunds may be subject to bank or transaction fees.

Group Bookings & Peak Season

• Special cancellation terms may apply for group bookings or during peak seasons (e.g., holidays, festivals, snowfall season).
• These will be communicated at the time of booking.
